Spring is upon us and so is a brand-new Group Fitness Timetable that will begin on Monday October 24 here at Dandenong Oasis, just in time for summer.
The new look timetable will feature 10 new classes for patrons to challenge their workout routines or even try something new for the first time, these include Les Mills programs BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyPump, BodyStep as well as all new Aqua Fit, Pilates, and Yoga classes.

Wednesday evenings will feature Women’s Only programming, with Yoga and Meditation classes to run from 6:30pm through to 8:15pm in the Wellness Studio.
The new timetable will also include current classes such as Lite Pace Fitness, Aqua Movers, Aqua Fun, Boxing, Zumba, Les Mills RPM, Stretch & Relax plus Functional Circuit Training.
During the creation of the new timetable, member feedback has been taken into account. Patrons will see a short description of each class at the bottom of the new timetable.
Please note, to make way for the new and exciting additions to the timetable, some classes have been removed, please check the timetable to confirm your class.
