South East Leisure (SEL) is excited to announce that we will be bringing the This Girl Can campaign to our facilities from September 12-25.
SEL will be offering free exclusive This Girl Can 2-week Full Access Pass which also includes five free This Girl Can Group Fitness Classes from September 12-25 and four free This Girl Can basketball clinics throughout September.
This will give patrons access to all four facilities and the benefits of casual shooting, aquatic access (including hydrotherapy pool, spa & sauna), gym access (including all group fitness classes) and squash court hire.

A new look group fitness timetable will feature five classes split across both Dandenong Oasis and Noble Park Aquatic Centre as part of the This Girl Can Campaign. Click here to view the timetable.
Four one hour basketball clinics will be held at Dandenong Stadium, delivered by Dandenong Basketball who boast a pathway from beginners to their Dandenong Rangers sides in the NBL1 league. Clinics are designed for all skills and abilities, covering the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment through variety of basketball activities and games. These will take place on the first four Thursdays of September (1,8,15,22) from 10am.
