Our Aquatic Fitness and Squads program provides a great way to get active and healthy in a fun, team environment. We offer three different levels based upon your age and experience in the water.
Designed for adults wanting to participate to improve on fitness, stroke technique and social interaction.
Tuesday and Thursday 6am – 7am.
Designed for participants aged 13 years and over who are looking to further develop their swimming skills with an emphasis on participation, social interaction and having fun!
Monday and Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Saturday 9am – 10am
Designed to provide a bridge for the transition from swimming lessons to becoming a competitive swimmer. The development squad aims to improve fitness and skill base.
Monday and Wednesday 4.30pm – 5.15pm
Saturday 10am – 10.45am
Aquatic Fitness and Squads are FREE to all of our Full Access Members and will launch on Monday 30th January 2017.
