We’re excited to announce dates for the next four Full Moon Meditation sessions.

Our first session for the year will be held on Wednesday 21 February at 7:00pm. Following this, sessions will run on the third Wednesday of every month.

The sessions are completely free for all to attend. However, limited spaces are available so bookings are essential.

What is Full Moon Meditation? Full Moon Meditation provides a space where people can just ‘be’, bringing awareness to their thoughts, emotions and experiences.

Using the principles of Mindfulness, participants are guided through a 60 minute meditation which leaves them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. 

By simply dedicating some time out for ourselves, we are able to improve our productivity and create more peace in our lives.

Perfect for first timer's looking to experience the world of "Mindfulness" or for regular users eager to continue to enjoy the benefits of the program.
