Full Moon Meditation uses the principles of Mindfulness. Participants are guided through a 60 minute meditation which leaves them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Sessions are run on the third Wednesday of every month.
The sessions are completely free for all to attend. However, limited spaces are available so bookings are essential.
