We offer a huge range of group fitness classes, in our exercise room and cardio studios as well as in our heated indoor swimming pools.
With Les Mills choreographed classes such as Body Pump, Body Balance and Body Step to freestyle classes including Cardio Box and freestyle Combo classes, we have something for everyone.
With a growing timetable and over 60 classes scheduled every week at Dandenong Oasis, you can enjoy a great workout, no matter what class you choose.

Need to know:
- Sessions range from between 30 and 60 minutes. Modern, safe equipment is provided and all sessions are conducted by qualified instructors.
- Group fitness suits people of all ages and levels of fitness.
- Casual visitors are welcome and are booked in on a first come first serve basis and only one hour before the commencement of a class.
- Membership options are available
- Group fitness runs six days a week.
